The Handcrafted Details
- Handwoven from natural sisal fibers over a core of locally gathered forest grasses
- Small bowls take 1–2 days to weave
- Medium bowls take 2–3 days to weave
- Large trays take 5–7 days to weave

- Each piece is unique due to natural materials and handweaving
All of our woven bowls are created from dyed natural sisal fibers woven over a core of forest grasses. The weaving begins at the center of each piece as artisans carefully thread the sisal outward in continuous, circular motion to build the design. The tea color is created when naturally white sisal fibers are steeped in Rwandan-grown tea leaves.
