Minimum Order
Please note that the minimum wholesale order is just $100. Once the total value of the items in your cart reach $100, you will have access to the wholesale prices and they will appear in your cart.  If you would like to make a smaller purchase at retail prices, you can still use your wholesale login to make that purchase.

Shipping
Shipping costs  are capped at $200 for wholesale orders to the US.

Available Quantities
We will do our best to supply you with the quantities you request.  If for any reason our warehouse does not have your requested quantity available, we will contact you and will be happy to refund your credit card for the missing products if an agreeable substitute is not available.

FOB: Azizi Life – Direct from Rwanda US Orders
About Azizi Life – Direct from Rwanda

Serving large-scale customers with custom and standard collection products from Rwanda

Orders priced at FOB are shipped directly from Rwanda to the customer’s chosen airport.  The customer is responsible to cover all export, shipping and import/ customs clearing costs.  Azizi Life will assist in arranging ground transportation to the customer when requested.  Once the order is fulfilled, FOB orders are shipped according to the customer’s schedule.

 About Wholesale:

Azizi Life has a partner warehouse in Pennsylvania.  Orders placed at wholesale prices are shipped from PA for standard shipping rates capped at $200.

Request wholesale credentials to order at AziziLife.com. Due to branding considerations, Azizi Life products are not available to vendors selling on Amazon, EBay, or similar platforms.

Payment Terms: 50% deposit due to begin production with the balance to be paid 30 days after the receipt and acceptance of your order.

Shipping shall be paid by the customer before products are sent.

Payment terms for orders over $20,000 shall be discussed before the order is finalized.

 Payment in full is due before your order is shipped.

Return customers receive 30 days credit upon request!
Payment Method: Customers Outside the US:
International wire transfer.

US-Based Customers:
Payment by US bank transfer. (Customer bank charges are the responsibility of the customer).

Payments by Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal are gladly accepted with a 4% processing fee.

Lead Time on Orders: Most orders will ship within 10 weeks or less of receipt of order, however larger or custom orders may take longer. Products crafted from wood or banana leaf may require a longer lead time.   Our team will work to provide you an accurate time estimation prior to beginning your order. Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Pennsylvania within one business day, subject to product availability.
Price Terms: All prices quoted are FOB Rwanda.  The buyer is responsible for all international shipping and handling costs, import duties and costs for the country of destination.

We request that customers follow Azizi Life’s recommended wholesale and retail prices for all products, outside of sales and promotions.

 Prices for US orders include all costs with the exception of shipping & handling from Pennsylvania.

Currency: All prices are quoted in US Dollars All prices are quoted in US Dollars.
Shipping: Orders ship via airfreight unless otherwise arranged with the buyer.  Shipping estimates are available upon request. US orders are mailed via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.  The customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping & handling from our warehouse.  Shipping fees are capped at $200 for products mailed to the continental US.
Custom Designs: Custom Product Design Collaboration is available.  Sampling fees apply to custom designs requested by buyers. Color Customization is now available for select designs.  Fully-customized designs are available exclusively from Rwanda.
Tagging and Story: Azizi Life is happy to work with you to tag your products as you prefer.  Our standard tag includes an impact statement and the artisan’s name handwritten in blue or black ink.

If you would like to share more of the artisan’s story with your customers, our team will work with you to provide select photos and copy, or to produce story cards that best speak to your customer.  Printing costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

 All Azizi Life products include a hangtag which includes an impact statement and the artisan’s name handwritten in blue or black ink.

For buyers interested in sharing more about the artisans and fair trade impact, Azizi Life has created full-color postcards, available free of charge at checkout.
Content and Social Media Customers are welcome and encouraged to share about Azizi Life’s products, processes, stories, and artisan partners, under the following considerations:

Azizi Life photos, artisan partners, or other brand distinctives may not be used for a customer brand’s profile or cover photos or for other key brand definition or messaging.

Customers will not create a perception that the brand works directly with artisans.  Customers may not claim that they “partner directly with artisans” or refer to “our artisans” or “our artisan partners”. Acceptable terms are “the artisans” or “Azizi Life’s artisan partners”.

Customers are welcome to draw from or “share” Azizi Life social media content but may not directly copy or replicate this content.  Rephrased content using the customer brand’s own aesthetic is permitted and encouraged.

Azizi Life blog posts may be used with permission and crediting Azizi Life.
Photos & Video: Select Azizi Life photos & video may be used upon request.  Any photos found on the Azizi Life website may be used for the promotion of Azizi Life products and artisan partners.  All photos & video must be credited to Azizi Life.
A Note on Handcrafted, Natural Products: Azizi Life is your bridge to skilled artisans in Rwanda.  These craftspeople work within their own communities, harvesting and preparing locally-grown raw materials for their product.  Every piece is made by hand.  Because of the nature of the crafting and coloring processes, some variation in products will occur.  Azizi Life and our artisan partners do our best to ensure consistency.
