At Ubuzima Cooperative, artisans transform this natural beeswax into candles through the traditional process of hand dipping. A cotton wick is carefully dipped into melted beeswax again and again, slowly building each candle layer by layer. Creating each pair of candles takes about an hour of careful work, requiring patience, precision, and attention to detail.
